The purpose of this non-profit organization, formed in 2002, is to combat community deterioration on the Westbank of the Mississippi River in the Louisiana parishes of Orleans and Jefferson. The Westbank Redevelopment Corporation operates for this and any other charitable purposes allowed by the Louisiana Business Corporation.
